Payment
Serendipity Celebrations accepts paypal and credit cards processed via paypal. If paid by e-check production will not begin until payment is fully cleared. E-check usually take 5-8 days for clearance.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for 2-3 day tracking numbers are available upon request..Shipping starts at US $5.75 and depends on size of package. This service in not guaranteed according to the USPS. If you need your package next day EXPRESS MAIL is available for an additional fee. I ship to the address that is in PAYPAL!!! Please make sure it is correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are personalized especially for you and therefore not returnable, however I will GLADLY replace the item if I have made any error at all. If time does not permit replacement I will refund the incorrect portion of your order or store credit if preferred.
Please provide accurate and clear personalization instructions in the notes to seller.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE CANCELED. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT!!! PLEASE NOTE OF THIS!!!

Paper and ribbon may vary due to items being discontinued or out of season. The concept and colors will still be the same. So if you must have the exact item as pictured please contact me before placing the order to make sure it's still available.
Large orders are now taking 6-8 weeks to complete. Please contact me first to see if I can meet your deadline. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY INVITATION ORDERS OF 32 OR MORE OR LARGE PARTY PACKAGES NOW REQUIRE 6-8 WEEKS TO COMPLETE !!! There is no guarantee I'll be able to meet your party date deadline if you do not first SEND A CONVO TO BE SURE...Thank you so much for understanding. In some cases I will ship invitations first to make sure they get to you in plenty of time. The rest of items ordered will follow before the party.
Orders are scheduled for production according to your party date and not in the order that they are received.
If you need your order in a rush there will be a US $10.00 rush fee. Not all rush orders will be ACCEPTED. Please check with me for availability.
If you convo with me about an order and I give you a guarantee ship date, but has to be purchased by a particular date PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY THAT PARTICULAR DATE. If no payment submitted orders then get pushed a day back and on until payment is received.
All the listings in my shop are an example of what I can do. If you need MORE or LESS of any item please let me know and I will create a custom listing to fit your needs. NOTE: INVITATIONS ARE NOW A MINIMUM OF 8 NO LESS!!!!!!!
